Frelick Gets 5 Hits
It was a high-five day for Sal Frelick, at least for a while.

The Richmond center fielder got plenty of them from his teammates when he reached the five-hit milestone during today's game against the Portland Sea Dogs, but they were in short supply at the end, as Portland took a 13-11 win. Frelick finished with an impressive 5-for-5 line, but the Flying Squirrels couldn't hold off the Sea Dogs.

"Sal was hitting everything," said Flying Squirrels manager . "It's too bad the other guys couldn't rise to the occasion."

Sal Frelick tripled in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
