Northeast Division Title Goes to Sea Dogs Sunday, September 14th , 2025 The Portland Sea Dogs clubhouse more closely resembled a college party tonight as the team officially captured the Northeast Division. It was a raucous atmosphere as players and coaches alike celebrated the accomplishment. "It's not often you get to kick back and let loose with your teammates," said center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong. "We've earned the right to party a little bit. And then we can focus on getting it done in the playoffs." The team's manager said even the coaching staff can enjoy occasions like this. "I'm proud of my guys, they deserve this," he said. It's the 3rd division championship for the team, and they will be seeking their 1st Double-A Northeast championship. |
