AA NE Hands Out Reliever of the Year Friday, October 3rd , 2025 Mike Baumann was dominant and cool under pressure this year, and his standout performance has earned the Erie SeaWolves reliever recognition as the 2025 Double-A Northeast Reliever of the Year. "I was just doing my job, and my job is to get people out," said the 30-year-old out of Mahtomedi, Minnesota. The award winner made 51 relief appearances this year and had 38 saves. He fanned 82 batters in 54.2 innings, with 13 walks. He pitched to a record of 3 wins and 2 losses to go with his 1.98 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Connor Brogdon of the Harrisburg Senators finished second in voting, while Dylan Covey of the Richmond Flying Squirrels finished third.
