15-K Masterpiece for Unknown Sunday, June 30th , 2024 Jim Unknown of the Clearwater Threshers put on a pitching clinic at BayCare Ballpark, as he struck out 15 Daytona Tortugas in a 3-0 victory. Unknown was simply magnificent, holding the Tortugas to 2 hits. He walked 0. "I felt okay at the beginning," Unknown said, "but eventually my fastball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Unknown's performance, Threshers manager shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating." |
