Unknown Spins 18-K Game Wednesday, April 16th , 2025 Jim Unknown of the Lakeland Flying Tigers put on a pitching clinic at Joker Marchant Stadium, as he struck out 18 Tampa Tarpons in a 1-0 victory. Unknown was simply magnificent, holding the Tarpons to 3 hits. He walked 2. "I felt okay at the beginning," Unknown said, "but eventually my curveball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Unknown's performance, Flying Tigers manager shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating." |
