Unknown Fans 17 Mets Saturday, May 3rd , 2025 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Jim Unknown, the Daytona Tortugas topped the St. Lucie Mets by a score of 8-2 at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The 22-year-old Unknown brought his top game to the mound, striking out 17 batters while allowing 8 hits and giving up 2 walks. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Mets manager said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." |
