Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Jordan Tuesday, June 17th , 2025 The number just keeps getting higher. Omaha third baseman Blaze Jordan has now extended his hitting string to 31 games. He did it today with 2 hits in 4 at-bats as the Omaha won the game, 13-0, over the Norfolk Tides at Werner Park. "Who knows how long it will go on?" Norfolk manager said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Blaze Jordan walked in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 8th. |
