Hunt Touches All Bases, Hits for Cycle Tuesday, July 22nd , 2025 Blake Hunt of the Worcester Red Sox had an outstanding game against the Jumbo Shrimp. His 4-hit day included a cycle and 4 RBI as Worcester picked up a win, 7-5, at Polar Park. "My bat felt great, I was seeing the ball well and I found some gaps," he said. "As a hitter, it's all you can ask for." Blake Hunt hit an RBI triple in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 8th. Hunt is hitting .266 this year with 16 home runs, 67 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 88 hits in 331 at-bats, 39 walks and a .364 on-base percentage. Hunt has played in 88 games. |
