Diaz Wins AAA E Player of the Week Honors Monday, August 5th , 2024 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Yusniel Diaz was rewarded with the Triple-A East Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Lehigh Valley IronPigs right fielder hit .538 while collecting 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 home runs and 16 RBIs. Thus far this season in 102 games, Diaz is batting .324 with 18 home runs, 92 RBIs and 73 runs scored. He has 115 hits in 355 at-bats. |
