Caminero Gets 5 Hits Thursday, September 5th , 2024 Junior Caminero did more than his part as the Buffalo Bisons topped the Nashville Sounds, 19-1, at First Horizon Park. The Bisons second baseman pounded out 5 hits to pace his team. Junior Caminero singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Joe Boyle in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Unknown in the 8th and flied out in the 8th. In 129 games this season, Caminero has compiled a .311 batting average with 163 hits and 33 home runs. He has also scored 102 times and knocked in 117 runs. |
