Isaac Smacks 5 Hits for Rainiers Tuesday, July 29th , 2025 Tacoma first baseman Xavier Isaac had a day to remember, 5-for-5 against the Las Vegas Aviators at Las Vegas Ballpark as the Rainiers picked up a win, 12-5. "He was patient up there," Tacoma skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Isaac has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Xavier Isaac singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Slade Cecconi in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Slade Cecconi in the 4th, walked in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 9th. For the season, Isaac has produced 110 hits in 292 at-bats for a .377 average with 32 home runs and gotten on base at a .496 clip. |
