Salt Lake's Kjerstad Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, June 17th , 2024 One of the league's most exciting young players, Heston Kjerstad of the Salt Lake Bees earned himself Triple-A West Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 25-year-old left fielder had a lofty .474 average (9-for-19), collecting 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and 5 runs scored. During the current season Kjerstad is batting at a .312 clip with 14 home runs and 48 RBIs. He has played in 57 games and scored 36 times. |
