Salt Lake Snaps Yepez Streak at 29 Saturday, April 19th , 2025 It just wasn't Juan Yepez's day. The Oklahoma City Dodgers grabbed the 4-3 win over the Salt Lake Bees, but the Bees mound staff did what nobody else could -- they stopped the 29-game hitting streak of Dodgers first baseman Juan Yepez. "We might have focused a bit too much on stopping Yepez," Salt Lake manager commented afterward. "He had a nice hitting streak going, but the Dodgers have other hitters and they did their job today." |
