Weaver Records Shutout Against Express Tuesday, August 27th , 2024 The Albuquerque Isotopes whipped the Round Rock Express, 9-0, at Dell Diamond behind a masterful outing from starter Luke Weaver. Weaver shut out the Express on 4 hits and 1 walk. He registered 6 strikeouts over 9 innings. "Velocity felt good, everything felt good today," a smiling Weaver said later. "Command felt good, conditions felt good, glove felt good, hat felt good. Seriously everything." Thus far this season, Weaver has worked 144.2 innings with 134 strikeouts en route to a 15-4 record and a 3.67 ERA. |
