Aviators Win West Division Crown Monday, September 9th , 2024 The Las Vegas Aviators have silenced their critics, backed up those who believed in them and won the West Division. "You always think you've got a chance to win the division, but until you get it done you never really know how things are going to play out," said starting pitcher Slade Cecconi. "I think we're all grateful to get the chance to vie for the Round 1." It is the 2nd division crown for the franchise and the team manager said in a sporting landscape where you are judged by what you've most recently accomplished, "it feels incredibly good to be at the top of the pile." |
