McKay Named AAA W's #1 Hurler Monday, September 30th , 2024 In 2024, the premier pitcher in the Triple-A West was Brendan McKay. The Albuquerque starter is this year's recipient of the Outstanding Pitcher Award. He went 18-3 in 29 starts with 204 strikeouts in 198.1 innings and an impressive 2.63 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jared Jones of the Oklahoma City Dodgers finished second in voting, while Landon Knack of the Tacoma Rainiers finished third.
