Northwest Arkansas Snaps Hernaiz Streak at 22 Tuesday, August 19th , 2025 Darell Hernaiz went 0-for-2 at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium to break his consecutive-game hitting streak at 22 games. The 24-year-old San Antonio second baseman failed to get a hit in the 3-1 Missions victory over the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium. Hernaiz did not make himself available to reporters after the game. "I think Darell is a little upset," San Antonio manager said. "He'll get over it." Looking at his season stats, Hernaiz has compiled a .354 batting average and a .399 on-base percentage, while hitting 5 home runs and driving in 64 runs. |
