Berry Strokes 5 Hits Wednesday, June 18th , 2025 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Frisco's 14-6 win over Tulsa, first baseman Jacob Berry was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at ONEOK Field. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Berry said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Jacob Berry singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 9th. Hitting .321 to date, Berry has 6 home runs and 36 RBIs. He has played in 52 games. |
