Vancouver's Juarez Gets Outstanding Pitcher Award Wednesday, October 1st , 2025 Victor Juarez of the Vancouver Canadians has been selected the premier pitcher in the High-A West and will receive the Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2025. The top vote-getter completed the year with a 19-1 record. He started 36 times, threw 191.2 innings, chalked up 331 strikeouts and 20 walks, limited hitters to a .178 batting average and posted an impressive 1.03 ERA. He received 6 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carson Montgomery of the Vancouver Canadians finished second in voting, while Karl Kauffmann of the Vancouver Canadians finished third.
