Indians Star Receives Outstanding Pitcher Award Thursday, September 26th , 2024 Luis Rodriguez of the Spokane Indians outdid his pitching peers this year and has been honored with the 2024 High-A West Outstanding Pitcher Award. During his remarkable year Rodriguez posted a 5-9 record in 35 starts. In 141.2 innings he yielded 130 hits and 41 walks while striking out 186 and compiling a fine 3.43 ERA.
