Blue Rocks Star Wins Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 11th , 2024 Joe Rock of the Wilmington Blue Rocks fired on all cylinders in 2024 and dominated High-A East batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. During the year Rock compiled a 18-4 record, a 0.98 ERA and 299 strikeouts while working 193.2 innings.
