Asheville Beats Brooklyn in Round 2 Tuesday, September 30th , 2025 The Asheville Tourists ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Brooklyn Cyclones 2-1 to win the Round 2. Asheville won the series 4-0, capturing the title for the 2nd time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Asheville manager . "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 115-25 and claimed first place in the Southern Division. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and left fielder PJ Morlando said the Tourists have "great fans and they deserve this."
