Rock Holds Asheville Scoreless Thursday, September 26th , 2024 Joe Rock of the Wilmington Blue Rocks was lights-out while 5-hitting the Asheville Tourists. "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go," he told BNN reporters after the contest. Rock registered 10 strikeouts and no walks in shutting out Asheville, 2-0. This season, Rock has a 18-4 mark in 29 starts with a 0.98 ERA. He has given up 104 hits in 193.2 innings, struck out 299 and issued 24 walks.
