Caba Blisters Fort Wayne Sunday, September 14th , 2025 It was a big day for Starlyn Caba and he brought the Great Lakes Loons along for the ride. Caba led his club to victory, 14-1, over the Fort Wayne TinCaps at Parkview Field, smoking Fort Wayne pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 19-year-old shortstop later called the victory "sweet." Starlyn Caba singled in the 1st, walked in a run in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This year, Caba is batting .337 with 106 hits, 4 home runs, 54 RBIs, 69 walks, .460 OBP and has scored 80 runs. |
