A+ C Names Paulino Outstanding Pitcher Award Winner Saturday, October 14th , 2023 David [UNRATED] Paulino of the Quad Cities River Bandits had a tremendous season and was chosen the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner in the High-A Central. He crafted a standout 19-1 mark in 29 starts, striking out 172, while walking 40. He worked 163.2 innings, yielded 180 hits and posted a 2.91 ERA. Opposing clubs had a .280 average against him. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Victor Lizarraga of the West Michigan Whitecaps finished second in voting, while Jake Wong of the Quad Cities River Bandits finished third.
