Salas Goes on Rampage Against Kernels Saturday, May 31st , 2025 Jose Salas did more than his part as the West Michigan Whitecaps topped the Cedar Rapids Kernels, 15-1, at Veterans Memorial Stadium. The Whitecaps left fielder pounded out 6 hits to pace his team. Jose Salas singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th. This year, Salas has hit at a .676 pace and produced 7 RBIs, 1 home run and scored 11 runs. |
