Duran Slugs Rangers to 9-7 Win
Texas left fielder Jarren Duran helped his team beat the Houston Astros, 9-7. Duran, who finished 5th in the AL in triples with 7 last year, went 3 for 5 for the Rangers. Houston is 15-15 after the loss.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Rangers grabbed the lead when Duran hit his 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Avery Weems made it 9-6, Texas.
