|
Philadelphia third baseman Austin Riley had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Riley went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, even as Pittsburgh beat the Phillies, 10-4. Nick Pivetta was the winner. Over 6.1 innings, he yielded 4 runs on 8 hits, with no walks and 6 strikeouts. The Pirates go to 18-28 with the win.
