Atlanta pitcher Patrick Sandoval did his part in helping his team defeat the Boston Red Sox, 2-1. The opposition could never get too much going against the left-hander. Atlanta has now won 3 in a row.

Atlanta got a knockout punch from Danny Jansen. The catcher hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
