Mitchell Hits 2 home runs in Rays Win
The Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Los Angeles Angels, 7-4, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Leading the charge for Tampa Bay was left fielder Calvin Mitchell. He was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Yennier Cano recorded the save for Tampa Bay, his 13th of the season. With the win, the Rays are 20-39.

Jake Bauers drove in one run for Tampa Bay. The 29-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Bryan Abreu. It was his 17th RBI of the season.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Mitchell said after the game.
