Paul Blackburn was locked in. The right-hander led the Texas Rangers to a 4-3 win against the San Francisco Giants at Globe Life Field. Texas pitcher Tucker Davidson earned the win, hiking his record to 1-6. Ryan Pressly suffered the loss. The triumph makes Texas 22-42.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Texas trailing 3-2, Jarren Duran hit a fastball from Ryan Pressly to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Rangers had a walk-off win.

Duran described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
