Arizona took on Cincinnati in front of a lively crowd.

The Cincinnati Reds got a superb performance from pitcher Corbin Burnes, but the Arizona Diamondbacks still won the game, 6-2. Burnes threw 6.1 innings allowing 2 runs. Arizona pitcher JoJo Romero earned the win, hiking his record to 3-1. Jeremiah Estrada suffered the loss.

Max Kepler came through with a big-time hit for Arizona. The right fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"We've got a great group of guys," Kepler said, "and we're having fun right now."

The current losing streak for Cincinnati has reached 4 games.
