The San Diego Padres cut down the Milwaukee Brewers by the score of 4-3 in 15 innings. Much of the credit went to center fielder Stuart Fairchild. Fairchild belted 2 home runs for the Padres. The loss makes Milwaukee 29-36.

Fairchild had a game-changing home run in the top of the 15th. On a full count fastball from Steven Matz, he banged a solo home run to left-center, giving the Padres a 4-3 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Fairchild.

"It feels good to get this one," Fairchild told the San Diego Chronicle.
