Los Angeles Angels starter Alec Marsh found his groove in his team's 5-4 win over the Minnesota Twins. Los Angeles reliever Luis Patiño picked up the win, upping his record to 3-4. Thomas Szapucki absorbed the loss. Los Angeles is now 34-36, while Minnesota is 37-34.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Los Angeles first baseman Adam Duvall, facing Thomas Szapucki, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Angels the 5-4 win.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Marsh.
