Tigers Get 6-4 Win Versus Cincinnati
The Detroit Tigers stopped the Cincinnati Reds, 6-4, at Comerica Park. The Tigers got a big game from Freddie Freeman, who was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The loss makes Cincinnati 34-37.

Freeman contributed a big hit, a 2-run double, for Detroit in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Freeman took a fastball from Joe Ryan and stroked the double to center. His 14th double of the season allowed the Tigers to leap in front, 3-2.

"It feels good to get this one," Freeman told the Detroit Times.
