The Milwaukee Brewers got a good effort from starter Clayton Kershaw in defeating the St. Louis Cardinals at American Family Field. The final score was 4-1. The losses continue to mount for St. Louis, which has now dropped 7 in a row.

The Brewers got a big at-bat from right fielder Randal Grichuk. For the game, Grichuk went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 7th home run of the season gave Milwaukee a 2-0 lead.
