The Pittsburgh Pirates scooped up a win at American Family Field, dumping the Milwaukee Brewers, 3-1. Brant Hurter, who is tied for 2nd in the NL in complete games with 1, was essential to his team's success. In 8 innings, Hurter surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 0.
