Neto Helps Padres Defeat Reds, 11-4
Zach Neto knocked in 3 runs to help San Diego beat Cincinnati, 11-4. Neto produced 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. Reliever Matt Strahm picked up the win. His record improves to 4-1. Seth Lugo, who is tied for 2nd in the NL in complete games with 1, took the loss. San Diego is now 45-36, Cincinnati 42-40.

San Diego needed the clutch hitting of Brandon Nimmo to seal the deal. The left fielder swatted a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Padres on top, 7-4. For the game, Nimmo had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
