Yankees Earn Clutch Win, 4-3
|
The New York Yankees wiggled past the Boston Red Sox, 4-3, in 10 innings at Yankee Stadium. The win was highlighted by the performance of New York pitcher Lance Lynn. The Yankees go to 33-58 with the win.
The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the tenth. With New York trailing 3-2, Jake Cave hit a fastball from Dylan Coleman to left for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Yankees had a walk-off win.
