Colorado and Cincinnati duked it out and the Rockies came out victorious.

With first baseman Brandon Lowe leading the charge, the Colorado Rockies defeated the Cincinnati Reds, 6-4, at Great American Ball Park. Lowe, who is tied for 3rd in the NL in bases on balls with 60, belted 2 home runs. Tyler Mahle earned the win for Colorado. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 4. With the win, he raised his record to 8-5.

Colorado used the hitting of Michael Harris II to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Rockies on top, 3-1. For the game, Harris II had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

Harris II told a Colorado Herald reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.

Colorado now sits at 56-39, while Cincinnati falls to 47-49.
