Ryan Now 6-9 Following 7-0 Win
|
The Cincinnati Reds picked up a win at Nationals Park, taking down the Washington Nationals, 7-0. Starting pitcher Joe Ryan was a big reason why. The triumph puts Cincinnati at 51-49 for the season.
Ryan picked up the win. He's now 6-9, after putting the Washington offense in the deep freeze. Over 8 innings, he allowed no earned runs on 3 hits.
Ryan called the win "a collective effort."
