Orioles 3-2 Victors Over Colorado

The home crowd had a good time watching the Colorado Rockies and Baltimore Orioles get after it.
Starting pitcher Chris Bassitt gave the Baltimore Orioles a rock-solid effort. The Toledo, Ohio native helped his team defeat the Colorado Rockies, 3-2, at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Bassitt got the win, improving to 6-8. He gave up 5 hits and walked 3 over 6.1 innings. He allowed 2 runs.
Andy Ibanez had a big 2-run home run for the Orioles in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Baltimore leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a changeup from 26-year old left-handed pitcher Robert Gasser and punished it. The result was his 7th home run of the season, which put the Orioles on top, 3-0.
"I was a little disappointed," said Colorado manager Bobby S. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
After today's action, Baltimore sits at 51-55, while Colorado falls to 60-45.
