Brown Hits 2 home runs in Nationals Win
The 10-7 Washington win over Los Angeles was due in large part to Seth Brown. The Nationals designated hitter went 3 for 3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. The win elevated the Nationals to 54-53.

In the top of the eighth, the Nationals grabbed the lead when Brown hit his 26th home run of the season. The solo home run off Luis Patiño made it 5-4, Washington.
