Rooker Hits 2 home runs in Reds Win
The Cincinnati Reds defeated the Atlanta Braves, 17-8, in part because of first baseman Brent Rooker. Rooker hit 2 home runs, while scoring 4 and driving in 7 for the Reds. Cincinnati is now 53-59, Atlanta 48-64.

Cincinnati grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Rooker hit a grand slam home run off Jacob Lopez. His 27th home run of the season put the Reds out in front, 12-8.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Rooker.
