Blue Jays third baseman Max Muncy put his stamp on his team's 6-2 win over the Kansas City Royals. Muncy was 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for Toronto in the contest. The Royals, at 52-60, have lost 5 in a row.

With Toronto leading 3-1 in the bottom of the third, Muncy hit a fastball from Luis Medina for a 3-run home run. It was his 22nd home run of the season and put the Blue Jays ahead, 6-1.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Muncy said.
