Rays Collect 4-1 Win Over Athletics
The Oakland Athletics got a sterling performance from pitcher Yusei Kikuchi, but the Tampa Bay Rays still prevailed, 4-1. Kikuchi threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. Tampa Bay reliever Mason Barnett was the winner. His record is now 2-1. Garrett Cleavinger took the loss. Tampa Bay, with the win, is 39-77.
