Skidding Brewers Lose 11th Straight
The Milwaukee Brewers got a sterling performance from pitcher MacKenzie Gore, but the Cincinnati Reds still prevailed, 6-4. Gore threw 7.0 innings of 2-hit ball. Cincinnati reliever Paul Sewald picked up the win to move to 4-2. Trevor Megill suffered the loss. Felix Bautista earned his 26th save in 30 chances.

Cincinnati took the lead, 6-3, on Adley Rutschman's 15th home run of the season. The grand slam home run came off Milwaukee pitcher Trevor Megill in the bottom of the eighth.

Milwaukee manager Troy S, after yet another defeat, said: "Guys need to step up. Pronto."

Now 46-77, Milwaukee has dropped 11 straight.
