Giants Get Past Chicago for 5-4 Win
The San Francisco Giants picked up a win at Oracle Park, knocking off the Chicago White Sox, 5-4. Starting pitcher Logan Allen played a key role in the triumph. Reliever Shawn Armstrong picked up the win. His record improves to 6-1. Sean Reid-Foley took the loss. The White Sox, at 66-61, have lost 4 straight games.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for San Francisco. That's when Jose Altuve hit a solo home run off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Sean Reid-Foley to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Chicago manager Bobby G.
