The Chicago Cubs routed the Milwaukee Brewers, 11-3, at Wrigley Field. Julio Rodriguez, who is tied for 8th in the NL with a .282 batting average, was one of the hitting stars. He went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for Chicago. Chicago starter Tyler Wells was credited with the win after throwing 81 pitches over 6.2 innings.
