Cowser Hits Two Homers in 6-0 Win for Cleveland
Colton Cowser knocked in 3 runs to help Cleveland beat Tampa Bay, 6-0. The Houston, Texas native tallied 1 single and 2 home runs. Cleveland pitcher Jon Gray got the win, upping his record to 6-11. Erick Fedde got the loss. The win for the Guardians lifted their record to 67-65.

Gunnar Henderson had a big 2-run double for the Guardians in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Cleveland leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a slider from 32-year old right-handed pitcher Erick Fedde and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Guardians ahead, 3-0.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Cowser.
